5" Cracked Earth Planter Turquoise

This planter has a dramatic cracked earth texture on the outside.

Handthrown using a white stoneware with fern leaves impressed around the outside. I painted black clay slip over the leaf impressions. I stretched this piece from the inside to create the cracked texture.

This earthy planter is 5" wide and 5" tall. It has an attached drain tray. The inside has been left unglazed.
