Cracked Earth Teapot Cobalt Blue

Hand thrown on the pottery wheel using black clay with porcelain slip on the outside. I stretched the pot from the inside to create the dramatic texture.

I added a manzanita handle to the lid of the teapot and a strainer behind the spout for loose leaf tea.

This teapot holds 26 ounces.
