Lotus Blossom Mug

A hand thrown black clay mug with painted lotus blossoms in a translucent orange and red.

After the first firing, I glazed the rim and handle with a speckled green glaze. The unglazed exterior has been sanded smooth creating a lovely satin finish. 

There are two mugs available, each holds approximately 14 ounces.
