Speckled Vase or Utensil Holder

The ancient technique of nerikomi was used to create this vase.

Layers of colored porcelain were arranged into a mountain landscape on speckled clay. After inlay the piece was shaped into a cylinder. The landscape design wraps around the piece.

This vase could also be used as a utensil holder. It is glazed inside and out. Three sizes are available. 

All glazes are microwave/dishwasher safe.
